  **HELPFUL TIPS AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR TOUR PICKUP!
Please KEEP YOUR CELLPHONE ON during the pickup process so we can assist you connecting with your driver if needed.
Please be on time, because the bus is on a schedule and we would not want you to miss your day of fun! :)


Our vehicle's description:
Look for a vehicle with our name ('Oahu Nature Tours') shown on its digital display.
Please make sure you arrive to your meeting point on time and be ready to board your vehicle at the stated pick-up time
but allow 2-3 minutes for our driver to arrive due to occasional traffic delays outside of our control.
Please standby during this window period if necessary and do not leave your assigned pickup location.


Additional Instructions for the Ultimate Circle Island Adventure with Waimea Waterfall:
- *Age limit is minimum 3 years old for this tour!
- Please bring a rain poncho or rain gear, in case of precipitation.
- Please remember to bring bottled water
- Please remember to have breakfast before your tour as eating and food items are not allowed on the
buses when boarding and/or during the tour.
- Wear comfortable walking shoes, you'll walk 1.5 miles round-trip on a paved path in the arboretum.
- Due to the length of this circle island tour please make sure you allow for a comfortable return time to Waikiki.
- Drop-off in Waikiki is also included. You will be dropped off at the same location where we picked you up.
- *Drop-offs might be a half an hour later than scheduled, due to traffic delays or other unforeseeable circumstances.


Out of the eight pickup locations we offer in Waikiki, the meeting point we have assigned for you above
is the closest to the hotel or residence that you have indicated in your reservation as your place of stay
but if you have any questions about your pickup time or location, you are welcome to email us at
reservations@oahunaturetours.com *Please note that our offices are closed on weekends but you can
contact us Monday-Friday anytime between 6:45am- 5:00pm.


Cancellation Policy:
For parties of 1-6 guests: a minimum of 24-hour notice is required prior to departure time for changing,
re-scheduling or cancelling your activity. Tours cancelled or rescheduled within the last 24 hours are non-refundable.
For parties of 7 or more guests: a minimum of 7-days notice is required prior to departure time for changing, rescheduling
or cancelling your activity. Tours cancelled or rescheduled within 7 days prior to your departure time are non-refundable.
Because our guests sometimes experience travel emergencies and sickness, please consider buying travel
insurance before your trip that covers airfare, hotels and activities. In the event that you might have to cancel
a tour with us that is inside of our no-refund period, you could still seek reimbursement from your travel insurance policy.

*Please note that if you are not staying in Waikiki and arriving to the Ala Moana pickup location
from the north or west side of the island (Koolina, Disney, Aulani, etc), it might take up to two hours(!!)
to come in to Waikiki from there in certain traffic conditions, especially in the morning when all commuters to town are on
our highways. We have a 24-hr no cancellation/no rescheduling policy which means that as we already held the seats and
scheduled your guide for you for your booked date, we will not be able to move those seats to a new date without
re-payment if you miss your tour, so please set aside ample time for the transportation from your hotel to our Ala Moana
pickup location. Your Phone GPS might show "it's only a 30 minutes drive" but you might still sit in traffic for two hours
as O'ahu has the worst traffic problems in the entire nation. Your hotel might also be able to advise you on the traffic
conditions on the day of your tour and the time needed to reach your pickup location in time.


IF YOU HAVE NOT BOOKED YOUR HOTEL YET:
In order for us to be able to determine which of our eight Waikiki pickup locations is the closest to your
accommodation, we need to know where you will be staying while in Hawaii so if you have indicated in your tour
booking form that you have not selected your Hawaiian accommodation yet, no problem, we have just assigned
the default Ala Moana meeting point for you to meet our driver until we hear from you otherwise.

You are welcome to notify us and make a change to this default pickup arrangement after you secure your
selected accommodation in the future, and up to 24 hours prior to your departure time.
In that case, please let us know the FULL NAME of the Waikiki hotel where you'll be staying
at your earliest convenience. (Or IF you are not staying in a hotel, then please provide a street address
for your accommodation.) If and when we receive your actual hotel information, you will get a new written
confirmation from us including your new pickup time and location.

Please note that we can only make changes to your pickup point if we receive your notification
at least 24 hours prior to your tour departure time. Once we are within that period we need to start
working on our transportation manifests for next day so if we do not receive a change request from you by that time
then we will just stay with the default option, it will be finalized and will pick you up at the Ala Moana location as
confirmed below.
